Richard Sheehan’s Conceptual Art from 2000 to 2006

In the 2000’s Sheehan’s worked evolved to more conceptual art paintings, focused on American political issues, JFK, and U.S. life and history. He painted conceptual art and iconic billboards that merged emotion and abstraction that were full of action and ideas.
